We are seeking a a well-rounded Salesforce administration and development practitioner, with proven knowledge on the core platform, the developer provides technical expertise in implementing medium/high complexity business solutions catered around Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
- Combining the platform’s configuration and customization capabilities to build solutions on the Force.com platform
- Building and maintaining integrations to and from the bank’s various systems and data sources
- Writing robust, clean and effective instructions for the low-code and pro-code components
- Collaborating with consultants, system administrators, and other developers, to identify pain points and come up with optimization opportunities
- Creating, or keeping the documentation up to date all throughout the build process
What You’ll Be Bringing To The Team
- Good grasp on concepts such as data modelling, security modelling, and integration (REST)
- Proven track record of delivering performant solutions
- Salesforce development experience, either via code or via point-and-click (SF Flows)
- Experience in technical analysis, system design and prototyping
- Understanding of the build and release process, and the importance of quality all throughout
- Understanding of software development philosophies (Scrum, Kanban)
- Understanding of software development techniques (BDD, TDD)
- Competence in design patterns (OOP, SOLID, etc.)
- Creative thinker, proactive, team-player
- Having superb attention to detail, not just saying “yes”, but prefers to act with facts
- Sound communication skills
Even Better If You Have, But Not Necessary
- Computer Sciences / Information Technology degree, or equivalent
- Experience working in an agile project management setting
- Experience in software development processes using VCS/CI/CD tools
- Exposure to Banking / Financial Services
