Job Overview
You will be responsible for defining and implementing our brand strategy across multiple platforms, ensuring cohesive and consistent messaging as we position White Cloak as a 10x dev company. This includes building out the new SprintHire brand, overseeing campaign execution, and collaborating cross-functionally to strengthen our market presence.
Key Responsibilities
- Brand Strategy & Positioning
- Develop and refine the brand identity, voice, and guidelines for White Cloak and SprintHire.
- Lead the creation of brand campaigns aligned with our “10x” positioning and go-to-market strategy.
- Campaign Management
- Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns (online/offline) to build awareness and drive lead generation.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Social Manager, Demand Gen, SEO/Data Analyst) to ensure brand consistency.
- Market Research & Insights
- Conduct regular research on market trends, competitor brands, and consumer behavior.
- Translate insights into actionable strategies for brand growth and differentiation.
- Team Leadership & Coordination
- Oversee and mentor members of the marketing team (social/content, demand gen, etc.).
- Establish KPIs, track performance, and report on results to senior leadership.
- Budget & Resource Management
- Develop the annual brand marketing budget and allocate resources to maximize ROI.
- Coordinate with vendors/agencies on branding projects as needed.
Qualifications & Skills
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
- Experience: 5+ years in brand management or marketing leadership, ideally in a B2B/tech environment.
- Strategic Thinking: Proven ability to craft brand strategies that resonate with target audiences and reflect organizational goals.
- Leadership: Experience managing or mentoring a team, fostering collaboration, and driving accountability.
- Analytical Skills: Comfortable interpreting data to optimize campaigns (Google Analytics, social media insights, etc.).
- Creative Mindset: Capable of overseeing compelling brand narratives, design elements, and innovative marketing tactics.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills for stakeholder alignment and brand storytelling.
- Project Management: Able to handle multiple projects simultaneously with effective time management.
