Flutter Developer

Responsibilities

• Develop innovative, scalable, and fault-tolerant mobile software solutions.
• Contribute to all stages of development, including designing, coding, reviewing, and testing.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, Lead Software Engineers, Testers, SMEs, and Developers to ensure successful project delivery.
• Write production-ready, clean, reusable, modular, maintainable code.
• Ensure system performance, availability, and uptime are within acceptable SLA levels and respond to incidents.
• Implement security measures and adhere to industry best practices for data protection.
• Work on automation to streamline development, integration, testing, deployment, and monitoring processes.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to software engineering standards, including unit test coverage.
• Create and maintain documentation for system components and product features.
• Enhance and improve coding practices through continuous learning and feedback.

Skills and Qualifications

Must Have:

• Solid understanding of the mobile app development lifecycle.
• Experience developing mobile apps using Flutter and Dart.
• Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, including Git.
• Familiarity with architectural and design patterns such as MVC, MVVM, and Domain-Driven Design.
• Understanding of iOS and Android design principles and interface guidelines.
• Experience writing unit tests and integration tests.
• Knowledge of REST API integration and object-oriented programming (OOP).
• Experience working in Agile Scrum environments.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with Firebase tools like Crash Reporting, Analytics, and Distribution.
• Familiarity with building CI/CD pipelines.
• Knowledge of native iOS and Android development.
• Understanding of SOLID design principles.
• Experience with various state management approaches (e.g., Riverpod, Flutter Hooks).
• Knowledge of Mobile DevOps practices and tools.
• Interested in developing web apps using Flutter Web.
