We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Growth Marketer with 2-3 years of experience, preferably in the tech industry, to lead our growth marketing efforts at Splurge Art. The ideal candidate will be at the forefront of driving user acquisition and brand awareness initiatives, leveraging data-driven strategies to fuel our growth. In this role, you will identify and capitalize on growth opportunities, optimize marketing campaigns, and play a pivotal role in scaling our application. You will be a key player in shaping the brand’s presence in the market while driving retention through targeted and innovative marketing efforts.
Responsibilities:
- Take full ownership of marketing initiatives in a startup environment, demonstrating the ability to work independently without direct mentorship or senior marketing expertise.
- Develop and execute growth strategies to increase user acquisition, retention, and overall customer lifetime value for our B2C applications.
- Analyze user behavior, market trends, and data insights to inform marketing decisions and optimize campaign performance.
- Conduct A/B testing and other experiments to improve key metrics such as conversion rates and user engagement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, and data analytics, to align growth initiatives with business objectives.
- Utilize a variety of marketing channels, including paid media, SEO, email, social media, and content marketing, to drive growth.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of growth campaigns, providing actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest growth marketing trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve strategies.
- Continuously seek out new learning opportunities and resources to stay ahead in a fast-paced industry.
Qualifications:
- 2-3 years of experience as a Growth Marketer, preferably within the tech industry.
- Proven track record of growing B2C applications through data-driven marketing strategies.
- Proficiency in marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Amplitude) and A/B testing platforms.
- Experience with a wide range of marketing channels, including paid and organic methods.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a resourceful approach to overcoming challenges.
- Demonstrated ability to take initiative and drive projects independently in a startup setting.
