I love how White Cloak feels like home. We are a family of professionals that
value each other's strengths and weaknesses. We aim high and reach our goals
together. We are not afraid of challenges and trying new things. And I'm really
thankful that I got a chance to join a very awesome company that values the
importance of each of the people around it, whether if it's a client or an
employee. There's a lot of great things to mention, but if I have to express it

It’s been a great opportunity and pleasure to join WhiteCloak. Working as a
Software Engineer here at White Cloak has been both challenging, varied as you
get to have the opportunity to use the latest technologies and deliver value to
clients. And I am surrounded by passionate and genuine people on which we can
really develop ourselves and make a difference in what we do.

Jonathan

Coming from Visayas, my transition from a hopeful fresh graduate the lives on an
island into a quirky but proactive developer was a goal achieved. And this was
all thanks to White Cloak’s efforts in turning me into a globally competent
developer. The growth that I experience first-hand is the product of the
training, the culture, and the technology that is used by the 150+ talented
developers of the company. It shaped to be part of the ever-growing,
award-winning company that I’m proud of.

I got the chance to work as a part-time Software Engineer at White Cloak on my
last year of University, Despite still being a student with a busy and uneven
schedule, I was always treated with kindness and respect. That level of
professionalism and the consistent quality of work I saw from my co-workers
inspired me to keep improving my skills and to never shy away from new
challenges for the benefit of the products we create.

I remember attending a Hackathon together with some White Cloak workmates. We
are able to form 3 teams with 4 members each, I recall just sitting there for a
moment watching them discuss their ideas, communicating and validating their
points. It was one of my favorite moments in WC that I felt proud that I am part
of this company where individuals are happy to engage and learn from each other.

The best thing about White Cloak is that White Cloak’s culture was formed from
the shared values of people who are part of it. Our culture was not imposed from
a book, it was a culture built on the professionalism and warmth of those who
are a part of WC and those who were once part of it. White Cloaks don’t live up
to our culture, we live our culture. Kidding aside, it’s great to be in a place
where you can be a professional and be part of a real family. Balancing both is
hard but at White Cloak, we manage to have both; not just one at the expense of
the other.

I started here in White Cloak Technologies Inc in July 2019 as part of the first
batch of Ancora Training Program, not only am I surrounded by friendly,
passionate, brilliant, and talented people, but I have been provided many
opportunities for personal and professional development. It was a challenging
experience that definitely enhanced my abilities and it provides you the
opportunity to develop all the necessary skills required for excelling. I’ve had
excellent trainers who have been very supportive and really helped me to enrich
the learning experience. In the meantime, I’ve had the chance to work with
professional and disciplined employees which I have gained valuable experience
on all of the interesting projects to which I have been assigned. On top of all
that, I’m proud to be part of this company, I feel like White Cloak is my home
and I have truly enjoyed every moment and experience I’ve had at White Cloak.
