I am truly grateful to be a part of White Cloak, where I feel a strong sense of belonging. It's a tight-knit community of professionals who genuinely value and support each other's growth. I'm thankful that I got a chance to join a very awesome company that values the importance of its people, whether it's a client or an employee. There's a lot of great things to mention, but if I have to express it in just a few words? Well, it's "I love White Cloak!"

The best thing about White Cloak is its culture was formed from the shared values of the people who are part of it. Our culture was not imposed from a book, it is built on the professionalism and warmth of those who are a part of WC and those who were once part of it. We don’t live up to our culture, we live our culture. Kidding aside, it’s great to be in a place where you can be a professional and be part of a great team.

I remember attending a Hackathon together with some White Cloak workmates. I can recall just sitting there for a moment and watching them discuss their ideas, communicating and validating their points. It was one of my favorite moments in WC because I felt proud that I am part of a Company where individuals are happy to engage and learn from each other.

From training, learning materials, to outstanding mentors, Whitecloak really helped me develop skills that I once thought I didn’t have. Working here has not only given me a sense of identity, but also a profound feeling of fulfillment and purpose. In a short period of time, Whitecloak has instilled a sense of self-trust in me, enabling my professional growth and development. These things helped me stay relevant and up-to-date especially since we're in a fast-paced Tech Industry.

Transitioning from a hopeful fresh graduate living on an island in Visayas to becoming a quirky proactive developer was a personal achievement. White Cloak played a pivotal role in shaping me into a globally competent developer, thanks to their dedicated efforts. The Company's training, culture, and adoption of cutting-edge technology contributed to my firsthand growth. I am proud to be part of this ever-growing, award-winning company.

I first got the chance to work as a part-time Software Engineer at White Cloak during my last year of university. Despite still being a student with a busy schedule, I was always treated with kindness and respect. That level of professionalism and consistent quality of work I saw from my co-workers really inspired me to keep improving my skills and to never shy away from new challenges. Now working here for more than 4 years, I still continue to learn and grow from my experience and colleagues.

It’s been a great opportunity and pleasure to work in WhiteCloak. As a Software Engineer, my experience here has been a combination of exciting challenges and diverse projects that allow me to use the latest technologies and deliver value to clients. I also am constantly inspired to develop myself and make a tangible difference in my work, because of the passionate and genuine people here in WhiteCloak.

In July 2019, I joined White Cloak Technologies Inc as part of the WhiteCloak Academy Training Program. I am grateful for the exceptional trainers who have provided unwavering support and enriched my learning experience. The journey has been challenging, but it has undoubtedly enhanced my abilities and equipped me with the necessary skills to excel. I take immense pride in being a part of this company and I have genuinely cherished every moment and experience I've had here.
