White Cloak Technologies wins ASOCIO AI in Workforce & Future Skills Award for Jia

White Cloak Technologies received the AI in Workforce & Future Skills award at the ASOCIO Digital & AI Awards 2026. The Asian-Oceanian Computing Industry Organization (ASOCIO) gave the award to White Cloak on October 6 at the ASOCIO Awards Ceremony & Gala Dinner at the Swissôtel Jakarta PIK Avenue. A White Cloak delegation accepted the award in person. The ceremony was part of the ASOCIO Digital & AI Summit 2026, held October 5–7.
The award recognizes Jia, White Cloak’s AI-powered hiring platform. Jia covers both sides of hiring. Candidates use it to find open roles, build a structured CV, and take a conversational AI interview at a time that suits them. Recruiters use it to rank CVs against job requirements and to review AI interview transcripts and recordings. They also use it to move candidates through each stage, from CV review to job offer.
ASOCIO’s AI in Workforce & Future Skills category honors organizations that use artificial intelligence to change how people find work, build skills, and grow their careers. In its announcement, ASOCIO said the award celebrates “outstanding achievements and contributions to advancing the digital economy across the Asia–Oceania region.” The award is part of ASOCIO’s M.A.D.E. (Mapping ASOCIO Digital Economy) initiative, which recognizes organizations shaping digital transformation and sustainable growth across the region.
White Cloak was recognized through the Philippine Software Industry Association (PSIA), ASOCIO’s member association in the Philippines. During the summit, White Cloak also met with industry leaders, innovators, investors, and regional stakeholders from across Asia and Oceania.
The recognition affirms White Cloak’s commitment to building AI products that make hiring faster, fairer, and more human for both candidates and the companies hiring them.
