That’s the idea behind The White Cloak Launchpad Program: Product Analyst Track.
In September 2026, White Cloak successfully concluded its third Launchpad Program cycle, bringing together promising aspiring tech professionals from hundreds of applicants for an experience that went beyond the traditional recruitment process.
WC Launchpad was designed to be more than a hiring initiative. It was an opportunity to learn by doing.
Through a series of hands-on challenges, participants got a glimpse of what it’s like to work in a technology company. They were encouraged to think critically, solve problems, approach real-world scenarios, and put their ideas into action much like they would in an actual tech environment.
And the results? Eight successful candidates have joined White Cloak as full-time Product Analysts!
But beyond the eight hires, Launchpad’s impact goes much further. It’s about creating opportunities for aspiring professionals to gain meaningful experience, discover their potential, and take their first steps toward a career in tech, whether through a new job opportunity or the lessons they carry with them along the way.
