Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain project management frameworks, methodologies, and best practices.
• Ensure compliance with organizational standards and guidelines for project execution.
• Monitor adherence to governance policies, risk management, and quality assurance processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or other relevant project management certifications are highly preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in project management or within a PMO environment, preferably in a corporate or financial sector.
• Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing project management frameworks and methodologies.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Trello).
• Strong knowledge of governance policies, risk management, and quality assurance processes.
• Expertise in ensuring compliance with organizational standards and guidelines for project execution.
• Ability to monitor and analyze project performance and adherence to established processes.
• Skilled in identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies.
• Experience in driving alignment across multiple teams and stakeholders.
• Strong organizational skills to maintain consistency and standardization in project delivery.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to articulate project management practices and train teams effectively.
• Ability to collaborate with various departments and ensure alignment with governance standards.
• Proven ability to adapt frameworks to dynamic business needs and industry changes.
