We are looking for a Scrum Master (at least 3 to 5 years of work experience) to help promote and uphold the practice of Scrum within White Cloak. As a Scrum Master, you will work closely not only with fellow Scrum Masters but also with product owners and key stakeholders to deliver top-notch products.
Responsibilities:
Facilitating Agile Ceremonies and Processes
- Lead daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Encourage Agile practices within the team, promoting transparency and consistency.
- Support communication across teams, ensuring blockers are removed promptly.
Team Guidance and Support
- Build a safe, open environment for issue resolution and growth.
- Mentor team members in Agile principles, fostering continuous improvement.
- Shield the team from external disruptions to maintain focus on sprint goals.
Collaborating with Product Owner
- Serve as a communication bridge between the team, Product Owner, and stakeholders.
- Assist the Product Owner in backlog grooming and sprint planning to ensure a clear path to deliverables.
Tracking and Reporting
- Manage team metrics (e.g., burndown charts, velocity) to monitor progress.
- Ensure up-to-date metrics for performance evaluation and future planning.
Cross-Team and Vendor Coordination
- Align with other Scrum Masters and coordinate with external partners as needed.
- Maintain open channels with related teams to support deployment and feature releases.
Note
- hybrid set up: 2 to 3 times a week on-site (but may vary depending on the team they’re put in)
- 6 months engagement subject for performance evaluation for renewal
