White Cloak Technologies, Inc. was honored to take part in the Philippine Software Industry Association’s (PSIA) last enablement seminar for the year – the PSIA Tech Talks Session 9: Understanding Employment Types and Workplace Discipline, held last November 20, 2025. Atty. Marianne Ko-Tibayan, Chief Business and Legal Officer of White Cloak Technologies, Inc. and member of the PSIA Board of Directors, delivered the welcoming remarks and formally opened the session, setting the tone for the year’s final enablement seminar.
She expressed appreciation to member companies, industry partners, and guests in attendance, emphasizing PSIA’s ongoing commitment to equipping the software and IT community through learning initiatives that foster growth and competitiveness.
Atty. Marianne also joined the session as one of the resource speakers, offering her insights on employment types and workplace policies alongside co-speaker Atty. Kesterson Kua.
